At Adria Marine Detailing ("we", "us") we value your privacy and take care of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.

1. What data we collect

We only collect what we need to provide our services:

Full name
Phone number and/or email
Address of the marina, berth or location where the boat is moored
Boat details (type, length – if needed for a quote or invoice)
Before/after photos of the boat (only with your consent)

2. Why we collect this data

To send you a quote and arrange an appointment
To perform the polishing, cleaning or protection service
To issue an invoice
To contact you about the work (e.g. changes to the schedule, completion)
To occasionally inform you of promotions or new services (only if you have opted in)

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on:

Contract / pre-contractual actions (quote, service performance)
Our legitimate interest (e.g. organising on-site visits)
Your consent (before/after photos, newsletter)

4. How long we keep your data

Accounting data is kept for 11 years (legal obligation)
Other contact data is kept for as long as there is a reason to stay in touch (usually 2–3 years after the last service)
Photos and publishing consent are kept until you withdraw consent

You can request deletion of your data at any time (except for data we are legally required to keep).

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only in the following cases:

With our accounting service (only for issuing invoices)
With courier services (if we send materials or invoices)
With public authorities when required by law

All our partners are required to keep data confidential and comply with GDPR.

You have the right to:

Request access to your data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion (if we no longer have legal basis to keep it)
Withdraw consent at any time
Object to processing
File a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency (AZOP)
